For the second night in a row the Vancouver Volcanoes produced 131 points and a victory.
The Volcanoes won their fourth consecutive International Basketball League game on Sunday, defeating the Salem Sabres 131-111 at Chemeketa Community College.
Vancouver (4-1) was coming off a 131-93 win over Kitsap on Saturday.
Paul Hafford scored a game-high 34 points on 12 of 17 shooting for the Volcanoes. Alex Hartman also had a big game with 27 points on 10 of 19 shooting.
Mike Ward had 18 points, Jake Carlisle 12 and Andre Murray 10.
The Volcanoes had a 31-16 lead over Salem (0-2) after the first quarter and didn’t let off the gas. They led by as many as 32 points at 89-57 in the third quarter.
The Volcanoes will face Salem again on Friday at Clark College’s O’Connell Center. Tipoff is 7 p.m.
