Captain Midnight radio drama plays at museum

The National Park Service at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site introduces live radio theater with “Captain Midnight Flies Again!” at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 11, at Pearson Air Museum, 1115 E. Fifth St. Admission is free.

Students from Vancouver School of Arts and Academics will enact live, theatrical readings from the script of Captain Midnight, a popular 1939 radio serial. Visitors witness the story of ace pilot Captain Midnight and his friends through voice acting, sound effects and 1939 costumes.
