People living in the 17th Legislative District have a chance to participate in a telephone conference call Wednesday evening with state Rep. Monica Stonier, D-Vancouver. The call will focus on legislative issues, including transportation, education and the economy.
Constituents can participate by calling 1-877-229-8493 between 6 and 7 p.m. Wednesday. Enter the code 18646 when prompted. Stonier’s office also will call some constituents to participate.
Stonier will start the call on Wednesday evening by making a brief opening statement, then she will open up the call to take questions on any legislative topic.
Stonier also plans to host an in-person town hall meeting near the end of the legislative session, which is scheduled to conclude next month.
