Greatest challenge: Most recently it has been the economic reality of our county, Seifert said, but more industry specific would be the competition his business faces from large national companies. They spend millions of dollars attempting to convince customers that it is all about price. Seifert said customers shouldn’t get a cookie-cutter response for their insurance needs, because everyone’s needs are different and many are complicated. Biggs is able to offer a level of expertise that the normal insurance buyer doesn’t possess, he said.
