The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In February, the Nursing Assistant Program charged registered nursing assistant Nelly C. Beebe with unprofessional conduct. Beebe allegedly became frustrated and used inappropriate forceful contact on a vulnerable adult.

In February, the Unlicensed Practice Program notified Holly A. Briggs of its intent to issue a cease-and-desist order. She allegedly claimed to be a massage practitioner but doesn’t hold a credential.
