The National Weather Service is predicting near-freezing temperatures that could create icy road conditions overnight in Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon.
Overnight lows could dip to 35 degrees in the Vancouver area and 30 degrees in outlying areas. Rain and small hail may also occur earlier Friday evening.
Fog and freezing fog may also develop overnight, which could cause poor road conditions to linger into Saturday morning.
For Saturday, the NWS predicts mostly cloudy skies, patchy fog and freezing fog in the morning, with highs between 50 and 55 degrees and light wind.
