Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Clark County Mechanical has leased 5,400 square feet of industrial space at 6300 N.E. St. James Road, Suite 105, Vancouver, from M2J Investment Group. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Great Northern Asset Management has renewed its lease, expanding the office space to 2,412 square feet at Main Place, 1111 Main St., Suite 650, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.

RW Thompson Properties II LLC has purchased the Castle Apartments at 13708 N.E. 18th St., Vancouver, for $1,615,000. The complex consists of 20 units. David Hill of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyer and Charlie Kleier of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller, Castle Apartments LLC.

Sacagawea LLC has leased 2,267 square feet of office space at Greenwood Office Center, 7700 N.E. Greenwood Ave., Vancouver, from Erickson Realty Ltd. Chris Johnson and Marykay West of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.

Zurich American Insurance Company has leased 5,435 square feet of office space at One Tech Center, 1499 N.E. Tech Center Drive, Suite 300, Vancouver, from Columbia Tech Center LLC. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Chris Elsenbach of Cresa represented the tenant.
