The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.
In February, the Secretary of Health indefinitely suspended the credential of surgical technologist Jeremy A. Kennedy.
He didn’t fulfill an agreement to comply with a substance abuse monitoring program and tested positive for morphine use.
