• Jeff Harvey, president and CEO of Vancouver-based Burgerville, was honored recently by Oregon State University’s College of Engineering as one of its most distinguished alumni. Harvey is a 1979 graduate with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. The Oregon Stater awards honor outstanding alumni and friends for their contributions to the engineering profession and to Oregon State University.
• Carol Davis, Dee Memering and Linda Reid have joined the Leadership Clark County board. Davis is practice administrator for Creekside Medical. Memering is the marketing director for Glenwood Senior Living, and Reid is a vice president at West Coast Bank. They join 18 other board members.
• Northwest Pipe Co. has added Harry Demorest to its board of directors and the audit committee. Demorest has 15 years of experience in the forest-products industry, most recently as chief executive officer of Columbia Forest Products.
• HDJ Design Group, a Vancouver engineering, planning, land survey and landscape architecture firm, has rehired Nicollette Roth. Roth, who lives in Vancouver, will support transportation engineers.
