Bank of America will sponsor a free workshop for troubled mortgage borrowers from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. March 12 and 14 at the Red Lion on the River, on Hayden Island.

Parking is free for the event, where borrowers can learn about foreclosure alternatives. Register for the workshop at Bank of America home loans or by calling 855-201-7426. Bank of America has invited more than 3,000 of its mortgage customers who are within a 75-mile radius of Portland.
