Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

ArgenTech Solutions has leased 1,527 square feet of office space at the Courtside Building, 7200 N.E. 41st St., Vancouver, from Summit Lane LLC. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Compound Photonics U.S. Corp., a projection technology firm, has leased 12,135 square feet of office space at Bank of America Financial Center, 805 Broadway, Vancouver, from RS Holdings LLC. Doug Bartocci and Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties. The anticipated move-in date is Oct. 1.

Flash Freeze Creamery, serving ice cream, frozen yogurt and gelato, has leased 1,400 square feet of retail space at Lacamas Crossing, 155 N.E. 192nd Ave., Suite 107, Camas, from Lacamas Northeast LLC. The anticipated move-in is October. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Nick Stanton of Commercial Realty Advisors Northwest represented the landlord.

Kenway Consultants, providing business administrative services, has leased 5,339 square feet of office space at Thurston 500 Building, 4317 N.E. Thurston Way, Suite 200, Vancouver, from American Property Management. Steve Mack and Scott Schachterle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant, and Doug Bartocci and Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

The Scrub Shop has leased 2,100 square feet of office space at 8300 E. Mill Plain Blvd,. Suite 2, Vancouver, from MS Mill Plain Property LLC. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant.

Smirna Christian Church has purchased a 22,872-square-foot office building on 4 acres at 8205 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Evangelical Christian Credit Union. The purchase price was $2,325,000. Luda Kovalenko with Handress Realty represented the buyer. Sara Daley and Corine Nussmeier with Kidder Mathews represented the seller.

Total Mechanical, a mechanical contracting company, has leased 4,500 square feet of industrial space at Quad 205 Business Center, 10906-11012 N.E. 39th St., Suite C-2, Vancouver, from Spears Real Estate. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the tenant and Garret Harper of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.
