Unlikely duo in “White House Down”
Harried dad and Capitol Hill security cop John Cale (Channing Tatum) manages to get an interview for a Secret Service job, while hoping to please his daughter Emily (Joey King) with a tour of the White House. After botching the interview, a bomb blast rocks the Capitol building as a group of paramilitary thugs seize the White House, trapping John with President James Sawyer (Jamie Foxx). Now, John must find his daughter in the chaos with some unlikely help. “White House Down” is rated PG-13.
