• Kyle Roaf has joined Columbia Credit Union as vice president of mortgage sales, bringing 28 years of industry experience to the company’s residential real estate lending department. He will be responsible for leading the credit union’s mortgage sales business. Roaf most recently served as vice president and regional production manager for HomeStreet Bank.
• Shelley Waggoner of Vancouver has joined Southwest Office Systems as a major account supply manager. Waggoner’s background includes more than 25 years of industry experience. Southwest Office Systems is a locally owned and operated office automation dealership.
• Mechanical engineers Tom Kuffner and Drew Damm have both been added to the staff at Sigma Design. Kuffner has a mechanical engineering degree from Stanford University and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University. He will be responsible for the design and development of various products. Damm will be primarily responsible for the design and development of electronic products. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University.
• The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce has enlisted three local consultants for bookkeeping, member retention and business outreach. Sharon Batten, owner of My Business Partner Bookkeeping Service, is now providing bookkeeping services and support for the chamber’s accounting program. Eric LaBrant of LaBrant Receivables is helping with member retention, and Grant Winters has been named the chamber’s newest “red coat” ambassador. Winters is the Community Outreach Coordinator at Charter College in Vancouver.
