The Small Business Administration’s Portland district office and Vancouver SCORE will host a mentoring event on Tuesday to help provide business tools and connect entrepreneurs and small business owners with long-term mentors from Vancouver SCORE.
SBA and Vancouver SCORE representatives will be available with handouts and information for business owners and entrepreneurs about programs and resources available through the SBA and a network of partner organizations. Interested participants will find out how to get started on a business plan, hear ideas on seeking capital and meet other entrepreneurs.
The event is from 11 a.m. to noon at Twilight Pizza Bistro, 1905 S.E. 192nd Ave., Suite 101. It is free and open to the public. RSVPs are requested to pdxhelp@sba.gov.
