Jack Beall of Camas will play in the championship game at the Champion All-American Showcase, a high school lacrosse all-star tournament that concludes today at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

Beall’s Team Liberty won twice on Thursday to finish atop the round-robin standings with a 2-1 record. The match will be shown live at 4 p.m. PDT on ESPNU (Comcast cable channels 411 and 727-HD). Beall will wear No. 14 for the team in white jerseys.

Through three games at the tournament, Beall has scored five goals and made one assist.

A recent graduate of Camas High School, Beall was one of 96 boys — just three from the Northwest — selected for the Showcase event. A high school All-American, he played for King’s Way Lacrosse. Beall will play college lacrosse with his brother, Brock, at Dominican University of San Rafael, Calif.
