Members of the Clark-Vancouver Regional Drug Task Force raided a Salmon Creek home Wednesday morning.
Law enforcement took Richard Springs Black, 51, into custody at his residence 13904 N.W. 23rd Ave.
He faces charges of three counts each of possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver and delivering a controlled substance.
Law enforcement officials found a large amount of painkillers, including morphine, Oxycontin and fentanyl, in the raid.
