Shumway — A Vancouver lawyer and Heritage Bank manager are the two newest faces on YWCA Clark County’s 17-member board of directors. Attorney Pam Loh Velijacic and Heritage Bank’s Southern Region Services Officer Sherri Falkner were appointed June 26 to serve the organization, which helps victims of domestic violence, homelessness and sexual assault.
