A registered sex offender who poses a risk to reoffend recently moved to Yacolt, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
Daniel Ray Humbyrd, 34, now lives in the 37000 block of Northeast 177th Court.
He is described as 6 feet tall, 250 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. He is not wanted by police at this time.
In 1993, Humbyrd was convicted in Clark County of first-degree child molestation and second-degree incest after he assaulted three known children when he was 13.
In 2007, at age 28, Humbyrd was convicted in Cowlitz County of third-degree assault with sexual motivation involving the sexual assault of a 9-year-old girl.
Humbryd will be monitored by the Clark County Sex Offender Registration Unit.
