Vancouver City Council candidate Alishia Topper’s home was burglarized Friday morning in Vancouver’s Hough neighborhood.
The residential burglary was reported to police at 9:23 a.m. Topper is running for position No. 2 in the primary election.
Police say the burglary is still under investigation.
