Greatest challenge: There is just not enough time in her day to get the work done, Brasure says.

What’s ahead in the next six to eight months: Brasure said she is looking for a larger space to move most of her production, which will enable her to have additional space in the bakery. She would like to remodel her existing location in order to offer some indoor seating and be able to display more products.
