A Battle Ground man is suspected of DUI after an early Sunday rollover accident near the La Center onramp to Interstate 5.
The Washington State Patrol suspects Cody J. Dunham, 23, was under the influence of intoxicants at the time of the crash, which occurred at 5:33 a.m. at the northbound onramp to the freeway from Northwest La Center Road.
According to troopers, Dunham was driving a 1991 Jeep Cherokee westbound when he lost control while turning right. The Jeep went off the onramp to the left, rolled and came to rest on its top.
Dunham was taken to Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center for medical treatment. A DUI charge is pending, according to troopers.
