Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Atlas Spinal Care of Vancouver, a chiropractic practice, has renewed its lease of 2,019 square feet at Columbia Tech Center, 16500 S.E. 15th St., Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Confident Driving Instruction has leased 774 square feet of retail space at The Country Store, 1804 N.W. 119th St., Suite A, Vancouver. Jennifer Miesner of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

Deluxe Nails has leased 985 square feet of retail space at Benjamin Square, 1999 Pacific Ave., Suite D, Woodland, from Bank of America N.A. Jennifer Miesner of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

Gillespie Ventures, doing business as Freshii, a restaurant, has leased 1,757 square feet at Grand Central Shopping Center, 2420 Columbia House Boulevard, Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

House of the Rising Buns has leased 793 square feet of retail space at The Country Store, 1804 N.W. 119th St., Suite B, Vancouver. Jennifer Miesner of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

IMP Group LLC has purchased a 4,550-square-foot commercial building at 329 N.E. Sixth Ave., Camas, from Albina Community Bank. Michael Kapnich of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and Larry Garcia of Investment Real Estate Services represented the seller.

TBJ LLC, doing business as ARCpoint Labs, has leased 2,009 square feet of office space at 9339 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Suite 201, from Vancouver Investors Group LLC. Elaine Gesik of 1st Premier Properties represented the landlord and Larry Garcia of Larry Garcia of Investment Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
