The 43rd annual Vancouver Rodeo got off to a mutton-busting, trick-riding, steer-wrestling start Wednesday at the Clark County Saddle Club, 10505 N.E. 117th Ave. in Brush Prairie.
The rodeo’s grand opening showed off the skills of trick rider Kyzer Stoddard. The fun continues at 1 p.m. Thursday and 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Gates open two hours before the performance. Friday and Saturday’s show will be followed by a free dance.
