Nolan Stump made 16 of 22 free throws and scored 26 points as the Bulldogs held off the Bruins.
Stump was 10 of 12 from the line in the fourth quarter as Stevenson outscored White Salmon, 31-26. As a team, the Bulldogs were 19 of 23 from the line in the final period.
Stevenson, which came into the regular-season finale with a 1-16 record in Class 1A Trico League play, built a 42-31 lead through the first three quarters.
Jordan Rodriguez finished with 11 points for the Bulldogs.
