A registered sex offender who poses a risk to re-offend has recently changed his address, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
Daniel Ray Humbyrd, 34, now lives in the 3000 block of Northeast 116th Avenue in Vancouver.
At the age of 13, Humbyrd assaulted three juveniles he knew and was later convicted of first-degree child molestation and second-degree incest in Clark County.
In 2007, Humbyrd was convicted of third-degree assault and sexual motivation after he sexually assaulted a 9-year-old girl in Cowlitz County.
He is white, 6-feet tall, 250 pounds with red hair and brown eyes.
He is monitored by the Vancouver Police Sex Offender Tracking Unit and the Clark County Sex Offender Registration Unit.
