Image — The Image Neighborhood Association elected Dimitry Mishchuk, former vice chair, to lead its board. Board elections were held at the association’s December meeting. The 2013 board also includes Mary Elkin as vice chair, Jennifer Gragg as secretary, Alex Zimmerman as treasurer and John Elkin as newsletter editor.
