• Creative Computer Solutions Inc. has hired Gary Dunsworth as a senior network engineer. Dunsworth is a Microsoft certified trainer and has an IT training background.

• Dan Lavinder has been hired as a loan officer at HomeStreet Bank. Lavinder, who has 20 years of mortgage experience, will work at the Vancouver East Lending Center, 7700 N.E. Parkway Drive. Leah Linn has also joined the bank as a loan officer at West Vancouver Lending Center, 1200 N.E. 99th St., Suite 110. Linn formerly worked at Stockman Bank in Montana.

• Madi Kozacek has joined Fort Vancouver National Trust as its new marketing and communications manager. She has a degree in digital technology and culture from Washington State University.

• Entrepreneur Magazine’s Annual Franchise 500 rankings for 2013 includes Comfort Keepers of Kitsap and Clark County. The magazine recognized the national senior care business as the No. 1 franchise within the senior care category as well as No. 59 among the top 500 franchises. Jim Woolford owns Comfort Keepers of Kitsap and Clark County.
