Girls basketball: Mountain View 66, Fort Vancouver 28

The Thunder ran out to a 25-point lead by the first half Monday and cruised to a 66-28 3A Greater St. Helens League victory.

Carly Holboke scored 23 points, Bailey Gaspar had 13, and Bailey Lindsley added 12 for the Thunder.

“It was a balanced effort,” Mountain View coach Mat Clark said. “That’s a growing trend for us, which is a good thing.”

Mar’Shay Moore scored 20 points to lead Fort.
