Eric Hoffman has leased 500 square feet of office space at Broadway Plaza, 2200 Broadway, Vancouver, from Toucan Two LLC. Hoffman specializes in criminal law defense. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
R2 Resource Consultants has leased 2,140 square feet of office space at 14300 S.E. First St., Vancouver, from CTC Holdings. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant.
