The Noble Foundation, a Vancouver-based nonprofit organization that provides financial literacy to low- and moderate-income families, is promoting “Vancouver Saves” as part of this week’s national and statewide focus on personal savings.
The foundation is offering a number of free events as part of the 2013 America Saves Week campaign. Its goal is to help people build wealth by “Setting a Goal, Making a Plan, and Saving Automatically.”
