WOMEN’S BASKETBALL

Record: 15-11 overall, 13-3 NWAACC West Division … finishes regular season in second place out of 9 teams.

Streak: Won 4. Last 5: 4-1.

This week: NWAACC Tournament at Toyota Center in Kennewick. First game at approximately 10 p.m. Saturday vs. Whatcom (18-8), the No. 3 team from the North Division. Clark will play second game on Sunday at either 6 p.m. (if it wins) or 10 p.m. (if it loses) vs. either Clackamas (23-4) or Spokane (15-11). The 16-team double-elimination tournament runs through March 5.

Last week: Won at home vs. Centralia 64-57, won at Grays Harbor 90-29 to conclude the regular season.

MEN’S BASKETBALL

Record: 14-11 overall, 7-9 NWAACC West Division … finishes season in 5th place out of 9 teams.

Streak: Won 1. Last 5: 1-4.

Last week: Lost at home to Centralia 85-78, won at Grays Harbor 102-84 to conclude the season.

Of note: Sophomore Sean Price, a Columbia River grad, finished among the top six scorers in the NWAACC with a 20.8 per game average.

BASEBALL

Season opener: The Penguins are scheduled to host Linfield in a doubleheader at Kindsfather Field, 1 p.m. Saturday. The Penguins then travel to Clackamas for noon doubleheader on Sunday.

SOFTBALL

Season opener: The Penguins are scheduled to host Pierce at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
