Michael McElroy had a triple-double with 14 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists to lift the Panthers in a loser-out game in the Class 2A district tournament.
Washougal will face Capital of Olympia at 7:45 p.m. Saturday at Mark Morris in another loser-out game.
“We had the game under control, but then we’d shoot ourselves in the foot and let them back in,” Washougal coach Malcolm Estes said. “I felt like we were the better team. We just got sloppy at times.”
Aaron Deister had 13 points and eight rebounds, while Jaden Jantzer added seven points, four rebounds and four assists.
