Two high-risk sex offenders recently changed addresses, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday.

David John Pederson, 78, was recently released from the Monroe Correction Center and registered at an address in the 200 block of West Wilson Street in Yacolt.

In 1960, Pederson, then 25, sexually assaulted an 18-year-old woman who was walking home. He offered her a ride, but instead of taking her home, drove to a secluded area and raped her, the sheriff’s office said.

He was convicted in 2006 of sexually assaulting a girl, 4, on multiple occasions.

He’s described as white, 5-feet 7-inches tall and 166 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

The Department of Corrections and the Clark County Sheriff’s Sex Offender Registration Unit will monitor Pederson.

Zachrey Thomas Allen, 20, recently moved to the 1600 block of Southeast Seventh Avenue in Camas.

In 2009, Allen pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree child molestation and second-degree child molestation for having sexual contact with a 7-year-old girl and two boys, ages 7 and 10. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation in 2012 for assaulting a 17-year-old girl.

Allen is described as white, 6-feet 1-inch tall and 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

He will be monitored by the Camas Police Department and the Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registration Unit.
