Brittany McPhee scored 31 points to lead Mount Rainier to a win in the first round of the Class 4A bi-district tournament.

“They basically have the best player in the state, and she had a great game,” Camas coach Chuck Knight said. “We came out a little nervous. But now we have to learn from that experience and come back Friday.”

Camas will face Rogers of Puyallup on Friday at Puyallup High School in a loser-out game.
