Joe’s Crab Shack will donate 10 percent of its Wednesday proceed’s to help pay for a Vancouver man’s funeral. Darin Thorp, 42, was killed in an early morning crash Jan. 24 on Highway 14.

He was involved in the local soccer community; anyone who joins in the event is asked to wear a soccer jersey to show support. Customers who come into Joe’s Crab Shack, 101 E. Columbia Way, from 11 a.m. to midnight should ask their hostess about the fundraiser.
