Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Daniel and Karen Finley have leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space for a sports bar at Vancouver Business Park, 3315 N.E. 112th Ave., Suite A, Vancouver, from Bennett Family Trust II LLC. Pam Lindloff and Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Debra Clark and Marilyn Romero have leased 750 square feet of office space for a hair salon at Davis Fourth Plain Office Center, 6924 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from R & J Management LLC. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

JD Fulwiler & Co., an insurance firm, has renewed its lease of 4,480 square feet of office space at Vancouvercenter, 700 Washington St., Suite 102, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Joseph Nutting and Joel Nehm have leased 800 feet of retail space at 309 E. 15th St., Suite B, Vancouver, from Angelo Property Co. Nutting and Nehm plan to expand their cafe/espresso business into the space. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.

Lee & Hayes PLLC, an attorney firm, has leased 2,439 square feet of office space at Main Place, 1111 Main St., Suite 416, Vancouver. Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.

Milo Collier has leased 2,800 square feet of warehouse space at Van Mall Business Park, 5107 N.E. 94th Ave., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips group represented the landlord, Van Mall Business Park LLC.

Woodland America LLC has purchased a 20,000-square-foot industrial building at 1740 Down River Drive, Woodland, from Woodland Commercial LLC. The purchase price was $1,225,000. Garret Harper and Charlie Kleier of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer and June Jones and Scott Perry of Woodland Real Estate represented the seller.
