The Accounting Department has leased 1,002 square feet of office space at Burnt Bridge Plaza, 5305 E. 18th St., Vancouver, from 5305 East 18th Street LLC. Duane Link and Gabe Rosate of Norris & Stevens represented the landlord.
George Decarlo, providing Internet services, has leased 5,191 square feet of office space at 808 Main Street Building, 808 Main St., Vancouver, from Ten Talents Investments 2 LLC. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant and Paul Young of Windermere Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.
SCJ Alliance, an engineering firm, has leased 218 square feet of office space at Courtyard Plaza, 315 W. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from KFCM of Washington LLC. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.
