BATTLE GROUND — Income tax servicing firm H&R Block has opened a new office in Battle Ground at 11 N.W. 12th Ave., Suite 109, the northwest corner of Main Street and 10th Avenue.
The company helps clients navigate an increasingly complex tax code, while claiming the credits and deductions they are entitled to, according to a written statement issued by H&R Block.
The public is invited to a grand opening celebration scheduled from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Jan. 10 at the new office. The Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce will host the event, to include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, refreshments and a raffle drawing for prizes.
