SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) — Karl Cochran had a monster game with 23 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists and 6 steals as Wofford gained a measure of revenge with an 81-53 thrashing of High Point Monday night.

Highpoint (3-9) had beaten the Terriers (5-7) 66-56 on Nov. 24 but Cochran made sure that didn’t happen again.

Cochran hit 5 of 8 3-pointers as Wofford shot 53.4 percent, including 9 of 24 from 3-point range. High Point was limited to 28.6 percent, going just 2 of 15 from behind the arc.

Lee Skinner had 12 points and 11 rebounds for Wofford, which crushed High Point on the boards 44-28. Ed Garcia had 13 points off the bench and Spencer Collins had 12 points. The Terriers also had 22 assists on 31 baskets.

Adam Weary had 21 points and John Brown added 14 for High Point, which has dropped seven straight since beating the Terriers.
