PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Chris Wilson and Ronald Roberts Jr. scored 19 points each to lead Saint Joseph’s to a 73-67 comeback win over Boston University on Sunday.

Trailing 35-28 at the break, the Hawks (7-4) fell 11 points behind early in the second half before steadily closing the gap, taking the lead on a tip-in by Halil Kanacevic with 7:04 left and then pulling away with an 11-2 run. Langston Galloway contributed 16 points in the win and DeAndre Bembry had 11.

Both teams were evenly matched but the outcome hinged on free throws. Saint Joseph’s hit 20 of its 25 foul shots, and while Boston showed similar marksmanship it made just 11 trips to the line.

The Terriers (7-6) led by as many as 12 points in the game but couldn’t stop the Hawks rally.

Maurice Watson Jr. led Boston with 21 points and seven rebounds, while Dom Morris added 11 points.
