A Level 3 sex offender, among the group considered most likely to reoffend, recently moved to Ridgefield. Brian A. Younce, 34, registered his address in the 1600 block of Northeast 209th Street with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registration Unit.
In 1996, Younce was convicted in Clark County for communication with a minor for immoral purposes. He sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl he knew. Two years later, he forced a 14-year-old girl to drink alcohol before sexually assaulting her.
Younce is described as 5 foot 10 inches tall, 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is not currently wanted by police and will be monitored by the sex offender registration unit.
