Matthew C. Aldridge DMD LLC, doing business as Oasis Dental, has renewed its lease at Columbia Tech Center, 16500 S.E. 15th St., Building 602, Suite 180, Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Asphalt Maintenance has leased 2,400 square feet of warehouse and office space at 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver, from 18th Street Holdings. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

CHUJO LLC has leased office space at 310 W. 11th St., Vancouver. The firm provides business consulting, sales, and translation services for Asian Pacific countries. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represent the landlord.

Camas Bike & Sport has purchased a 4,544-square-foot building at 403 N.E. Fifth Ave., Camas, from Lacamas Community Credit Union. The sale price was $440,000. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Geoff Kane has leased 1,652 square feet of office space from the Angelo Brothers Partnership at 1610 C St., Suite 201, Vancouver, for a mortgage business. The anticipated move-in date is Jan. 1, 2014. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the tenant.

Robert and Terri Shanahan have purchased a 1,200-square-foot retail building at 934 Third Ave., Camas, from Robert and Mardith Korten. The sale price was $70,000. Greg L. Goforth of Windermere/Crest Realty represented the buyers and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the sellers.

Vivid Labs, providing computer repair services, has renewed its lease at 3811 H St., Vancouver, from Grant B. Hughes Trustee. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented both parties.
