Wyatt Aguirre made five 3-pointers and finished with 18 points as La Center improved to 6-1 in league play. Connor Wonderly scored 17 points and Will Rice 15 for the Wildcats.
Only seven of La Center’s field goals were from inside the 3-point line as the Wildcats outscored the Rockets 42-21 from beyond the arc.
