Evergreen broke open a close game with a big third quarter to win a non-league game at Mountain View.
Jordan Henderson led the Plainsmen with 16 points, and Robert Franks added 14.
“They just had a lot of balance and we didn’t,” Mountain View coach Aaron Shepherd said.
Alex Torson led the Thunder with 32 points.
“Alex has just been a bulldog for us,” Shepherd said.
Evergreen led 36-31 at halftime, but enjoyed a 31-9 advantage in the third period to take control.
