Dominik’s Italian Food has leased 1,254 square feet of retail space at Kaady Center, 3000 N.E. Andresen Road, Suite B-104, Vancouver, from Charles Kaady. The anticipated move-in will be in early 2014. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
North Creek Church has purchased a 10,000-square-foot commercial building at 811 N.E. 88th Circle, Vancouver, from International Church of Foursquare Gospel. The price was $575,000. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, and Larry Garcia of Century 21 Cascade Pacific represented the seller.
