Robert Franks scored 16 points and Jahmil Johnson added 10 to lead the Plainsmen to a non-league road win.

Evergreen jumped out to 22-8 lead after one quarter and led 58-30 after three quarters.

“They played oustanding defense, caused pressure by turning up their intensity and forced us into turnovers,” Washougal coach Malcolm Estes said of the Plainsmen. “The Franks kid is a heck of a player. He hit a couple of 2s, a couple of 3s and went 5-for-5 from the line.”

Noah Prangley led Washougal with 12 points.
