Duncan Lou Who frolicked through his first snow with a spring in his step. You’d almost never know he only has two legs.
The 5-month-old boxer’s gleeful snow day was captured on video this morning by owners Gary Walters and Amanda Giese. The Vancouver pair run Panda Paws Rescue, a small nonprofit that looks after dogs with special needs.
“We put him down and he took off running like nobody’s business,” Giese said. “He’s tough to keep up with.”
Duncan was born with severely twisted back legs, which caused him pain and were removed once Panda Paws Rescue began caring for him. Now he’s healthy and with the same seemingly never-ending energy of an average pup.
