A Jan. 23 Clark County hearing will consider public comments submitted by a Dec. 20 deadline on a nine-lot single-family home subdivision in the unincorporated Proebstel neighborhood.
Called Hidden Lakes Estates Subdivision, the development is proposed for a 40.3-acre tract on the corner of Northeast 83rd Street and 212th Avenue. Pacific Lifestyle Homes of Vancouver submitted the application.
Comments received by the Dec. 20 deadline will be considered at the public hearing, set for 6 p.m. Jan. 23 at the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver. Comments can be submitted in person to the Community Development Department at the Public Service Center; mailed to Vicki Kirsher, Department of Community Development, P.O.
