Snow depths at winter recreation parking lots in the southern Gifford Pinchot National Forest:

Mount St. Helens — No report.

June Lake, elevation 3,440 feet, has 4 inches of snow.

Wind River — Four to 6 inches at Koshko, Old Man Pass, and Lone Butte.

At Surprise Lakes, 10 inches, according to the Natural Resources Conservation Service’s automated equipment.

Mount Adams — Two to 3 inches at Atkisson and Pineside, 4 to 6 inches at Flattop and SnowKing. No report for Smith Butte.

Potato Hill on the north side of Mount Adams has 10 inches.

Note: Oregon Sno-Park permits are no longer valid in Washington.
