Arnada touches up its anti-speeding street mural

Arnada — Fifteen people turned out on the morning of Aug. 10 with paint and rollers for the annual rejuvenation of the neighborhood association’s pride and joy — its street mural at the corners of 22nd and D streets. The mural was created a few years ago in order to reclaim the intersection from speeders. Since then the intersection has also acquired a homegrown information kiosk and a metal bench.
